So 6 weeks in and I've lost 11.5lbs. I was being really strict on WW and not eating any extra points. but this week i decided to be a bit more relaxed and not worry if i go over a little bit as i am doing plenty of activity. and this week i lost 5.5lbs
however it is summer sundae this weekend and i had thought I'll just ignore this weekend. then i checked how many points my fave stalls food is (Pie Minister) and oh dear....18pts for a pie. that's not including the mash or gravy! then there is the alcohol I'd planned on drinking....i think i may gain this week :( must do lots of dancing to burn off the calories!
My biggest problem at the moment is how tired I'm getting. Most nights i get in to bed by 9.30. and its a struggle to stay up that late! I'm wondering if this is a side effect from my new medication. I'm not letting it stop me doing what i want though. went for a bike ride around Rutland Water on Monday, played tennis with my sister on Tuesday, today I'm doing nothing. feeling a bit run down.
