So next week i have my fitness test for work! ahhhhhhhh! i failed it last year and had to retake, but i was ill and ended up diagnosed with vertigo so passed when i retook it. but still dread it. so today i did my usual bike to and from work. aprox 1.5 miles to work. then decided to go swimming so biked the 2 miles there :) very proud of myself, knackered now tho! lol
so the diet is going ok. i've lost 12lbs so far, but had a bit of a blip with summer sundae. enjoyed myself then got back on to the diet. so doing ok. miss cheese and cakes and bread. and i really really miss just eating a whole bag of sweets. however i know that this is the best thing i'm doing and i'm positive i can do it.
so goals now. fitness test next week. lose 17lbs by christmas. and get quicker at swimming!
