I have had a fab weight loss this week. 4.5lbs off!!!! woohoo! which takes me to 18 lbs on weight watchers and 2 stone in total since January.
So tonight we decided to see how many books is the 2 stone I have lost so far this year. couldn't do that as it was too bulky so instead we did 1 stone. it was as follows:
3 Jane Austen books.
4 hard back twighlight series.
2 James patterson books.
1 ben elton book.
plus 10 other books.
it was a bloody heavy bag! and i am definitely not going back there ever again!
on weight watchers i have lost 18lbs the rest of the weight was partially slimming world and partially just healthy eating. weight watchers really has given me so much focus and i can see it actually working at last! here's to another great week :)
